As soon as your order is processed and your delivery time is agreed upon, we will make all the necessary arrangements to deliver the products within the agreed period. Deliveries within Dubai are daily from Saturday to Thursday. Deliveries outside Dubai/UAE will be on demand and will require individual confirmation to be shipped via courier within 3 to 7 days depending on your selection at checkout. Please accommodate extra days for courier delivery. We offer FREE delivery for all orders above AED3000 ($830). For orders below AED3000 ($830) a AED30 ($8) delivery fee will be charged or above depend on location.
Print Online also offers URGENT delivery at an additional fee.
Our target is to complete all deliveries within Dubai in less than 72hrs after placing your order provided your delivery time is confirmed at checkout.
We offer following forms of payment:

- Online-payment using card (Visa, Master Card, PayPal, American Express)
All payments should be proccessed in AED/USD. In case of delayed payment or non-payment we may cancel or reschedule your delivery.
To reward you for placing big orders, we offer great "value" discount schemes. We offer the following discounts which will be automatically applied when placing your order:
- 3% on orders above AED5000 ($1380)
- 4% on orders above AED7000 ($1935)
- 5% on orders above AED9000 ($2485)
Our "value" discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offers.
If, for any reason, you would like to return your goods, you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on +971 52 665 33 31. Refunds or exchange of any products that were delivered damaged, defective, malfunctioning or have been purchased incorrectly will be possible within 7 days of purchase and upon presentation of proof of payment. All returns or exchanges will have to be completed in person at our office at Unit #2, Marabea Street, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In case you are unable to come and visit us at Print Online, we can pick up an item you wish to return if you have another order to be delivered. All you have to do is to mention the return when placing your new order.
We cannot accept returns of products that were:
- Purchased on sale
We may also refuse to accept any returned items, in cases these items have been tampered with. For items purchased incorrectly refunds will be given with store credit or online account credit. Online account credits will also be redeemable in-store. For items that were delivered damaged or malfunctioning refunds can be offered in cash.
As long as your order has not yet been produced you can cancel it at any point. For orders that are already produced please refer to refund policy.
